July 6, 1982 - American Crane & Tractor Parts, Inc.  Founded and now is the leading supplier of replacement spare parts for earthmoving machines in the Caterpillar®  industry.

June 6, 1994 - Relocated from 4600 Van Brunt Kansas City, MO to 2200 State Line Road Kansas City, KS.

July 1994 - St. Louis, MO office opened.

October 1999 - Dallas, TX sales and distribution center opened.

August 2000 - Knoxville, TN office opened.

October 2002 - Dallas, TX office became a distribution center.

2003 - Kansas Governor's Exporter of the Year Award.

January 2004 - Reno, NV distribution center opened.

January 2004 - Joined the GB Group.

November 2006 - Merged with Teran Tractor to further strengthen the Miami platform for the South American markets.

January 2007 - Miami, FL sales and warehouse opened.
