WARRANTY and RETURN Policy
WARRANTY
American Crane & Tractor Parts Inc. warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper application for a period of SIX MONTHS from invoice date.
All pumps are included in the above SIX MONTH WARRANTY.
RETURNS
To insure timely credit to your account enclose the original packing slip or invoice in your return to American Crane & Tractor Parts Inc. To obtain the original order number contact your sales representative. Authorization must be obtained from American Crane before any products are returned.
Non-Defective Parts Return:
Parts returned with the original packing list or invoice and in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of invoice date will not be charged a restocking fee.
All returns not received into our warehouse within 30 days of the original invoice will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
No parts are to be returned beyond 60 days from invoice date.
The cost of the freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Returns:
Defective parts can be returned any time during the warranty period of SIX MONTHS from the date of the invoice.
